Dr. William Donnoe
President, Donnoe & Associates, Inc.
Bill has over 35 years of experience in personnel selection, including 24+ years as President of Donnoe & Associates, Inc. Bill now directs all major consulting projects completed by Donnoe & Associates, Inc., and develops new examinations and assessment systems.
Bill completed his doctorate in Education, with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco in 1983. He also holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in Psychology from California State University in Sacramento. He is a licensed Industrial Psychologist in California (PSY 11341), and holds numerous educational credentials.
Bill is a Past President of the Personnel Testing Council of Northern California (1991).
Michael Donnoe
Principal Consultant, Donnoe & Associates, Inc.
Michael has worked with Donnoe & Associates, Inc. for 16+ years, and he has been working in a leadership role for the past 11 years. As a Principal Consultant, Michael supervises all Consultants and subcontractors of Donnoe & Associates, and provides client services in the areas of job analysis, development and validation of examinations, performance test and structured oral assessment exam administration, and exam scoring. He also specializes in police and fire service exams and broad human resource management issues. Michael holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelors degree in Organizational Behavior, both from the University of San Francisco.
Michael is the President Elect of the Personnel Testing Council of Northern California (PTC-NC).
Diane Donnoe
Vice President, Donnoe & Associates, Inc.
Diane works as the business manager of Donnoe & Associates, Inc., and provides client services in the areas of written tests, executive recruiting, and management of assessment projects.
Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
Contract Staff and Subcontractors
Donnoe & Associates, Inc. has a strong history of employing a diverse workforce and subcontracting with minority and disadvantaged businesses. We often gear-up for special projects by bringing in contract staff for test item writing and test proctoring, or to provide subject matter expertise.

Interns
Donnoe & Associates, Inc. routinely sponsors college students as interns. We are always open to considering new students. Our interns gain direct experience in the areas of job analysis, test development, administration and proctoring of examinations, and exam scoring.
We have sponsored undergraduate students from American River College, California State University Sacramento, Napa College, the University of California Davis, and the University of Nevada Reno; Master's level students from California State University Sacramento; and, Pre-doctoral and post-doctoral students from Kansas State University, the Professional School of Psychology in Sacramento, California School of Professional Psychology Fresno (Alliant, Fresno), California School of Professional Psychology Los Angeles (Alliant, LA), and Fielding Graduate University. We have also provided post-doctoral internship hours for individuals who are completing their requirements for licensure as a Psychologist in California.
